Our services

The basic fee for the services of CTO is valid for two years, which is the duration of the protection.
This includes filing the certification, monitoring and reporting of new disclosed shipments and timely notification of expiration of confidentiality.

Filing the certification

CTO will take care of the total procedure from request till confirmation by the authorities of confidential treatment of your trade data.

Monitoring

After confirmation by the authorities, CTO will monitor shipments that should be confidential.
If in any way your company shows up in shipments you will get an alert from CTO.

Alert

New disclosed shipments

As soon as CTO discovers a new shipment which should be treated confidential, you will get an e-mail alert.
CTO will take the appropriate action by sending the authorities an e-mail asking them to rectify this violation of confidential treatment.

Notification

The term of the confidentiality is 24 months after confirmation by the authorities and must be renewed thereafter. This renewal must be made 3 months before the expiration date. We will send you a timely notification, enabling you to continue your protection seamlessly.
